We cannot recommend Joe Pecoraro enough for his work during our recent home purchase in Bear Bear Lake. As just finding this home on our last day of vacation and only knowing Joe for a couple of hours, we had prepared ourselves for the worst-the deal not ever going through. With Joe as our agent, however, that depressing feeling never came to pass. Joe made a point of getting our offer in without a minute to spare and to our amazement, the offer was accepted! After that everyone knows how stressful the final closing process can be... but Joe made it run so smooth due to his incredibly response time; quickly arranging tours and inspections and answered every single one of our questions as well as working side by side with our lenders to get the deal finalized. During the course of our transaction, I was so impressed with the other people we worked with ( escrow assistant, inspector) all recommended by Joe. He has a well-earned reputation among his peers and other colleagues in real estate for being honest, thorough and always representing his clients' interests. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have hired him! I honestly do not know how we would of accomplished such a quick and painless purchase without him. I know he has many clients, but we genuinely felt like his only clients during the time we worked together.

My wife and I started working with Joe about 3 1/2 years ago. Since then we have purchased 6 cabins with Joe representing us as a buyers agent. We have sold three of those cabins with Joe representing us as the sellers agent. Each of the transactions went smoothly with Joe managing the entire process. We will be selling two of the remaining cabins and Joe will be representing us. I know five stars may seem unrealistic but I cannot write enough good things about Joe. Joe is one of the most sophisticated and knowledgeable residential brokers I have dealt with in 25 years of buying and selling properties. His knowledge of the market is unsurpassed. He is a tough, yet balanced, negotiator and has always represented our interests well. I have not met another broker that comes anywhere close to providing the real estate services that Joe provides. We will continue to work exclusively with Joe on all our purchases and sales.
